Berta's Special Recipe

Ingredients My Bar
2 oz Tequila
1 1/2 oz Lime Juice
1 tsp Honey
 Soda Water
6 dashes Orange Bitters
1 Egg White

Berta's Special Directions
Combine the tequila, honey, orange bitters, egg white and lime juice in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake vigorously, and strain into a collins glass filled with ice cubes. Fill with soda water, garnish with a slice of lime, and serve.

Serve Berta's Special in a Collins Glass
